Washington, D.C.— The House of Representatives today unanimously approved an appropriations amendment offered by U.S. Rep. Mike Bost (IL-12) that ensures increased opportunities for veteran-owned small businesses to compete for grants and contracts from the U.S. State Department.

TRRA has received a $28.8 million U.S. Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Consolidated Railroad Safety and Infrastructure (CRISI) Grant to replace the main span girders on the MacArthur Bridge.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Rep. Mike Bost voted today against legislation that would provide a special pathway to citizenship for those who immigrated to America illegally. The House Democrats’ plan, called the American Dream and Promise Act, would offer no provisions for additional border enforcement and cost taxpayers an estimated $34.6 billion.
