Rep. Mike Bost issued the following statement after Houston-based Dynegy announced it would shut down more of its Southern Illinois coal-fueled power units:

“The Obama/Pelosi War on Coal claimed more casualties today. The announced partial shutdown of units at the Baldwin Power Station is in no small part due to the flood of anti-coal regulations proposed by this Administration. In fact, if you listed all of the President’s anti-coal regulations single-spaced on a scroll of paper, it would stretch more than 26 feet.”
