Phillips 66 announced it will be investing $200 million in its Wood River refinery, a project that will create hundreds of jobs.
Two projects are slated to begin at the refinery, one of which involves removing more sulphur from gasoline. In total, the projects will take two years. Many jobs will be created for electricians, pipe fitters, and carpenters.
