The Southern

To the Editor:

Mike Bost has always made himself accessible to the people of Southern Illinois regardless of party or view, and I am proud to have someone representing our Southern Illinois values in Washington. Unfortunately, a few activists supported by big money outside special interests are deliberately hijacking public town hall forums and turning them into an extension of the campaign they just lost.

Those attending need to be prepared to ask questions they may have and listen to answers, while allowing respect for those attending any town hall meetings.
