Washington, DC- U.S. Representative Mike Bost today signed a resolution reaffirming his support for protections for individuals with pre-existing conditions. H.Res. 1066 expresses that protections for individuals with pre-existing conditions should be retained in law, regardless of any future changes to the Affordable Care Act or any court rulings that could impact access to coverage.

“Since day one in Congress, I have been crystal clear that we must protect individuals with pre-existing conditions from losing coverage,” said Bost. “This resolution reaffirms to Southern Illinoisans that my commitment hasn’t changed.  If you have a pre-existing condition, you deserve the peace of mind in knowing that you won’t be dropped from receiving coverage when you need it the most.”
